Avo Egg

Avocado Egg with Chance
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 1 soft boiled egg
- 3-5 strips of cured ham (Bavarian, Parma or Prosciutto, etc)
- Rub or spice mix of your choice
- Salt
- A generous glug of Chance
Instructions
- Boil the egg for 4 - 5 minutes and allow to cool before peeling
- Hollow out inside of Avocado enough to fit egg (easier if Avocado is not over-ripe)
- Season Avocado on inside with the rub or spice mix
- Peal egg and fit inside
- Add a little salt on top
- Fit other half of Avocado and top
- Wrap with the ham
- Place on baking tray
- Add your glug of Chance
- Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes dependent on how charred you like your ham and how runny you like your egg
- (Note - also works well on the BBQ or smoked!)
