Avocado Egg with Chance
Ingredients
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • 3-5 strips of cured ham (Bavarian, Parma or Prosciutto, etc)
  • Rub or spice mix of your choice
  • Salt
  • A generous glug of Chance
Instructions
  1. Boil the egg for 4 - 5 minutes and allow to cool before peeling
  2. Hollow out inside of Avocado enough to fit egg (easier if Avocado is not over-ripe)
  3. Season Avocado on inside with the rub or spice mix
  4. Peal egg and fit inside
  5. Add a little salt on top
  6. Fit other half of Avocado and top
  7. Wrap with the ham
  8. Place on baking tray
  9. Add your glug of Chance
  10. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes dependent on how charred you like your ham and how runny you like your egg
  11. (Note - also works well on the BBQ or smoked!)
