- 1 kilo of chicken wings (preferably organic and free range)
- Half a bottle (at least!) of East Coast Chilli Company Extra Hot Habanero and Naga sauce
Instructions
- Place chicken wings in a bowl and pour over the East Coast Chilli Company Extra hot Habanero and Naga sauce (Reason)
- Toss the wings until they're all evenly coated (use a spoon for this, not your fingers!)
- Allow to stand for 15-20 minutes although the longer the better, preferably in the fridge for a couple of hours or even overnight.
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C
- Drain and reserve the marinade.
- Scatter wings onto a lightly oiled baking tray and cook on middle shelf of oven for 30 minutes
- After 30 minutes, drain off any excess oil, add the reserve marinade and toss well.
- Increase oven temp to 200°C, return to the oven for a further 30 minutes, tossing a few times to coat in the glaze as they cook.
- Serve on a platter.
