Gooey Chilli-chocolate-hazelnut Cookies with Vanilla Ice Cream

The subtle flavours of vanilla ice cream combined with deliciously gooey crushed cookies.
Ingredients
- 70g plain flour
- 1 large egg
- 275 grams East Coast Chilli Company Chilli-chocolate-hazelnut Spread
- 60g choc chips or chopped hazelnuts
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Mix the flour, egg and East Coast Chilli Company Chilli-chocolate hazelnut Spread until smooth
- Fold in the choc chips or chopped hazelnuts
- Roll the dough into 3cm-size balls and press into discs on the baking tray
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes and then leave to cool
- Serve crumbled over a couple of scoops of your favourite vanilla ice cream
